"A near perfect Sunday"

In the past week, I've changed my sleeping & living habits dramatically, by turning off my TV, music & computer no later than 8:30 PM & naturally drifting off to sleep. Amazingly, I'm waking-up around 6:00 AM, refreshed & invigorated, ready to attack my day!





Thanks to my DVR I'm spiritually attending daily Catholic Mass, around 6:00 AM each day. After listening to the priest's homily, I'm inspired & feeling good about myself & ready to deal with another day with my MS.




Tomorrow, it's back to attacking my manuscript, no more wasting an ounce of time!
